The Mills Fabrica London

The Mills Fabrica is a three storey Victorian Warehouse in Regent Quarter. Cottam House will be the home for startups and companies driving sustainable innovations from June 2021.

We have 3 great membership options to suit your needs across the first and second floors: Floating Desk, Fixed Desk and Private Offices. On the ground floor you will find an Experiential Retail space where companies can showcase their brands and innovations for both B2B and B2C opportunities. This is driven by an incredible Coffee Shop, on the Ground Floor that is managed by Mouse Tail Coffee. They currently have 5 other sites throughout London.

As well as our membership options, we have a selection of meeting rooms, board rooms, phone booths and lounges. We also provide a full spec’ Event Space that is ready-to-go, complete with audio/visual requirements.

The Mills Fabrica provides 1GB of stable Broadband connectivity along with a secondary line, resulting in zero blackouts.
