SME Leaders Programme

This programme, delivered by the Academy’s Enterprise Hub, will support promising leaders of high-growth engineering SMEs.

We aim to support development of leadership skills through our Hub Membership which includes:

1. Training courses, executive education (through provision of a grant)
2. Masterclasses and workshops delivered by senior business leaders
3. Provision of an experienced personal mentor
4. One-to-one coaching
5. Access to the Taylor Centre, our Central London office and meeting space
