Guy Tolhurst, small business champion, mentor and leading practitioner on SME finance and alternative investment, discusses the challenges of balancing a thriving business with your mental wellbeing.

2pm: How small businesses can take advantage of messenger marketing
Messenger Marketing and chatbots are growing exponentially. in 2018 there were 2bn+ monthly messages between business and users. In this Intro session to Chatbots, Caroline Summers, founder of marketing agency Fifty One Degrees and She Means Business trainer, will cover why and how you should be using Chatbots, why you should build on Facebook messenger first and evaluating where to start.
