In recent years Haggerston has become one of the best breeding grounds for creative businesses. Its proximity to the city, by train road or the beautiful Regents Canal, the cafes pubs and restaurants, and the neighbouring creative communities make it a perfect place to develop a business and to have fun doing it!

Originally a Transport for London HQ, the building has seen various uses most of which contributed to the condition of disrepair in which it was found. Now in its 4th year Creative Blocks is going strong and widely considered one of the first all-round workspaces to get the Haggerston cogs turning again.

All the studios at Creative Blocks are south facing, with large windows so we receive floods of natural light. Studios vary in sizes, but all with the capacity of a minimum of 4 desks. We also offer individual desk spaces for rent in an open planned space. All studios are unfurnished but come with free Fibre Optic broad band and prices are inclusive of utility bills.
